What I Build

Services Built for
Enterprise Outcomes

Four focused service areas. Each one delivered with Clean Architecture, DDD, and CQRS by a single architect who owns every decision — from scoping call to production deployment.

Custom Full-Stack Development

End-to-end web application engineering — from domain modelling and API design to Angular UI and cloud deployment. I build the entire system, not just the parts agencies enjoy.

What's included

  • Architecture design & ADR documentation
  • Domain-driven design with bounded contexts
  • .NET 8 API with CQRS + MediatR
  • Angular 17+ SPA with lazy loading
  • SQL Server schema with EF Core migrations
  • Unit + integration test suite (80%+ coverage)
  • CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Actions)
  • Cloud deployment (Azure or AWS)

Ideal for

  • Greenfield SaaS product development
  • Internal business tooling and portals
  • API platform or microservice design
  • Replacing spreadsheet-based workflows
  • Multi-tenant B2B platform builds

Deliverables

  • Full source code with documentation
  • Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
  • Deployment runbook & infrastructure docs
  • Live demo + handover session

Legacy System Modernisation

Migrate your ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, or WCF systems to .NET 8 — incrementally, safely, with zero big-bang rewrites. Preserve 20 years of business logic while replacing what's holding you back.

02

What's included

  • Full codebase audit & technical debt report
  • Migration roadmap with risk assessment
  • Strangler Fig pattern implementation
  • Business logic extraction & domain modelling
  • Database schema modernisation
  • Performance profiling & optimisation
  • Security uplift (OWASP Top 10 addressed)
  • Zero-downtime deployment strategy

Systems I modernise

  • ASP.NET WebForms → .NET 8 Razor / Blazor
  • ASP.NET MVC 4/5 → .NET 8 MVC / API
  • WCF services → gRPC or REST APIs
  • Classic ADO.NET → EF Core 8
  • Monoliths → modular monolith or microservices
  • On-prem SQL Server → Azure SQL / RDS

Why incremental beats rewrite

  • Business continues running during migration
  • Risk is distributed across phases, not concentrated
  • Team learns the new patterns alongside delivery
  • ROI is visible from the first phase, not the last
  • No "lost in translation" domain knowledge gaps

DevOps & infrastructure

  • Dockerisation & container registry setup
  • Kubernetes cluster design (AKS / EKS)
  • Infrastructure as code (Terraform)
  • GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Secrets management (Key Vault / Secrets Manager)
  • Monitoring: Application Insights / CloudWatch

Deliverables

AI & LLM Integration for Business

Practical AI that ships to production — not proof-of-concept demos. LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI agents integrated directly into your .NET systems with proper architecture, cost controls, and guardrails.

04

What I build

  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
  • Document intelligence & extraction systems
  • AI-powered customer support automation
  • Internal knowledge base assistants
  • Workflow automation with AI agents
  • Semantic search over enterprise data

Technical approach

  • Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API integration
  • Semantic Kernel orchestration framework
  • Vector database design (Pinecone / Weaviate)
  • Prompt engineering & few-shot optimisation
  • Streaming responses for real-time UX
  • Token budgeting & cost management

Responsible AI by design

  • Content filtering & safety guardrails
  • PII detection & data masking
  • Audit logging for all AI interactions
  • Hallucination mitigation strategies
  • Model fallback & circuit breaker patterns

How to Hire Me

Choose Your Engagement Model

Three ways to work together — each designed for a different type of project and commitment level.

🎯

Fixed-Scope Project

A defined deliverable, a fixed price, a clear timeline. Best when you know what you want and need predictable budgeting.

  • Detailed scoping document before contract
  • Milestone-based payment schedule
  • Change request process included
  • Full source code handover at completion
  • 30-day post-delivery support included

Best for: New builds, modernisation projects, defined integrations

🤝

Architecture Review

A one-time deep-dive into your existing codebase, infrastructure, or proposed architecture — with a written report and recommendations.

  • Codebase & infrastructure audit
  • Written findings report (15–30 pages)
  • Prioritised risk & improvement backlog
  • 1-hour debrief call with your team
  • Turnaround: 5–7 business days

Best for: Pre-investment due diligence, scaling problems, pre-rewrite decision

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you work with teams outside India?
Yes. Most of my clients are remote — in the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. I work asynchronously and schedule calls to accommodate multiple time zones. Remote-first is not a compromise; it's how I've always worked best.
What's your typical project timeline?
It depends heavily on scope. A legacy migration with a clear audit takes 8–16 weeks for a mid-size system. Greenfield SaaS builds typically run 12–20 weeks to MVP. An architecture review can be completed in 5–7 business days. I provide a detailed estimate in the scoping document — no surprises.
Do you also do frontend work or only backend?
Full-stack. I build Angular applications that I'm proud to put my name on. That said, if you already have a strong frontend team, I'm equally happy to focus purely on the backend architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure.
What if my project needs more than one developer?
For larger projects I can lead and extend a team with trusted collaborators. I always make this explicit before engagement — you'll know exactly who is working on your code and their experience level. I don't delegate unknowingly.
Who owns the code after the project?
You do — 100%. Upon final payment, full IP ownership transfers to you. The contract is explicit on this. You'll receive all source code, documentation, and infrastructure scripts. Nothing is locked to proprietary tooling.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Absolutely. Many retainer engagements involve me acting as a fractional CTO or lead architect alongside your existing developers — doing architecture reviews, pair programming, code review, and guiding design decisions without taking over the codebase.
